This folder contains foundational project context documents that define the problem space, target users, vocabulary, and project scope boundaries.

How to Use

• Start with overview.md to frame the product, then capture personas early.
• Keep the glossary.md updated whenever a new domain term appears in requirements or architecture docs.
• Capture open questions inline, in whichever doc the ambiguity surfaces in, as a ## Open Questions bullet list. Resolve each one before that doc reaches Clarified status, then delete the bullet — move any resulting permanent exclusion to out-of-scope.md.
